Quick-turn PCB assembly

Quick-turn prototypes, with a clear schedule

For eligible small prototype jobs, typical turnaround is 4–7 business days from your purchase order (PO). We confirm availability and the schedule for your specific build; this timing is not a guarantee for every order.

Quick-turn assembly questions

When does the 4–7 business-day turnaround start?

The typical 4–7 business-day turnaround for eligible small prototype jobs starts from the customer’s purchase order (PO). It is measured in business days, not calendar days. Sending a quote request does not start that clock. Confirm the schedule with us for your specific job before relying on a date.

Does turnkey rush work include PCB fabrication and component procurement?

Yes. Our turnkey rush workflow includes arranging bare PCB fabrication through our manufacturing partners, ordering the stencil and components, and assembling the boards. These activities are part of the workflow rather than an assembly-only period that begins after you supply all materials. The 4–7 business-day timing depends on availability and the job qualifying for quick-turn service.

How do you prepare the build while materials are on order?

We order the PCBs, stencil and components immediately and prepare Gerber panelization in parallel. Programming starts on day one. We load feeders as components arrive, so preparation progresses while the boards are being fabricated. Assembly starts when the PCBs arrive and the required materials are available.

What files and project information should I send?

Send your bill of materials (BOM), including part numbers, descriptions, quantities and reference designators, and a ZIP file with the complete Gerber fabrication data. Include the assembly drawing showing component placement and orientation, plus datasheets for custom or hard-to-source parts where applicable. Our quote form also asks for assembly type and quantity; add your requested date and any project or testing requirements so we can assess the job.

Is every prototype eligible, and is weekend service included?

Eligibility and timing must be confirmed for the specific build. Component and PCB availability, the project requirements and the required production capacity affect the schedule. The typical window is in business days; it does not promise weekend service. Tell us your deadline so we can confirm what is available for your job.

How do I confirm a date for my build?

Request a quote with your files, quantity, assembly type and requested date. Ask us to confirm quick-turn availability, the scope included in the quote, and the planned production completion and shipping or delivery dates for that order. A typical turnaround should not be treated as a confirmed delivery date.
